A one-on-one or small group practice for deep relaxation. A thoughtful sequence of poses meant to guide the mind into a state of deep, weightless peace aided by supportive props and the use of essential oils.
GUIDED MEDITATION
Great for experienced practitioners or anyone new to meditation. I lead you through a guided meditation practice to help you achieve relaxation, stress relief, to manifest intentions, and to create greater self-connection. Find mindfulness, contentment, and positivity all within yourself!
